Web hosting provider Future Hosting has joined disk-based backup solutions provider, R1Soft's Hosting Partner Program.

Future Hosting, the company that developed Server Doctor, also released Future Protect in January, as a custom tailored data protection service. It allows users, even if their Web site is hosted with another provider, to tap into the company's geographically dispersed servers, so data can be backed up in multiple locations around the world.
